CKAP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CKAP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKAP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC6A5, OR1D2, and RNASE9. Each is linked with CKAP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKAP4-to-partner and partner-to-CKAP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC6A5 grouped by CKAP4-low versus CKAP4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKAP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKAP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
