CKAP2LP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKAP2LP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,259 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKAP2LP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR43, UBE2V1, and RAN. Each is linked with CKAP2LP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKAP2LP1-to-partner and partner-to-CKAP2LP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CKAP2LP1 versus WDR43 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKAP2LP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKAP2LP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
