CKAP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CKAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,834 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CKAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPI, NCAPG, and CDCA3. Each is linked with CKAP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKAP2-to-partner and partner-to-CKAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CKAP2 versus CENPI in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CKAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CKAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
