Across TCGA cell cohorts, CKAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,105 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CKAP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic nuclear division, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, and Regulation of nuclear division. Each is linked with CKAP2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CKAP2-to-partner and partner-to-CKAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of mitotic nuclear division grouped by CKAP2-low versus CKAP2-high in BREAST.
