CITED2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CITED2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CITED2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3664, RNA5SP421, and RPS15AP3. Each is linked with CITED2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CITED2-to-partner and partner-to-CITED2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3664 grouped by CITED2-low versus CITED2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CITED2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CITED2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
