CITED2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CITED2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CITED2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1, SIGLECL1, and SCGB3A2. Each is linked with CITED2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CITED2-to-partner and partner-to-CITED2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10W1 grouped by CITED2-low versus CITED2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CITED2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CITED2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
