CIT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CIT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,119 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIT-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAQR3, OR51Q1, and WDR87. Each is linked with CIT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIT-to-partner and partner-to-CIT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PAQR3 grouped by CIT-low versus CIT-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
