Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CISH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CISH-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM51DP, RN7SL184P, and LINC00904. Each is linked with CISH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CISH-to-partner and partner-to-CISH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM51DP grouped by CISH-low versus CISH-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CISH→partner) and Y-score (partner→CISH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
