CISD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CISD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CISD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5-8SP7, MRPS21P5, and FTLP16. Each is linked with CISD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CISD2-to-partner and partner-to-CISD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5-8SP7 grouped by CISD2-low versus CISD2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CISD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CISD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
