CISD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CISD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 124 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CISD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCD, OR4D5, and OR5A1. Each is linked with CISD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CISD1-to-partner and partner-to-CISD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCD grouped by CISD1-low versus CISD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CISD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CISD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
