CIRBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIRBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,640 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIRBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA16, HYAL6P, and HMGB3P20. Each is linked with CIRBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIRBP-to-partner and partner-to-CIRBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA16 grouped by CIRBP-low versus CIRBP-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIRBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIRBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
