CIR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 202 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P30, RN7SL240P, and ACTR3BP2. Each is linked with CIR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIR1-to-partner and partner-to-CIR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTATP6P30 grouped by CIR1-low versus CIR1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
