CIR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CIR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIR2DL4, UTF1, and USP17L22. Each is linked with CIR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIR1-to-partner and partner-to-CIR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIR2DL4 grouped by CIR1-low versus CIR1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
