CIPC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIPC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,498 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIPC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YLPM1, DDAH1, and PPM1A. Each is linked with CIPC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIPC-to-partner and partner-to-CIPC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
