CIPC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIPC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 113 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIPC-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A1, ATP4A, and NCOA3. Each is linked with CIPC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIPC-to-partner and partner-to-CIPC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
