CIPC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CIPC RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,203 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIPC-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMED8, YLPM1, and ARID4A. Each is linked with CIPC in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIPC-to-partner and partner-to-CIPC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIPC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIPC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
