CIP2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIP2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,468 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIP2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO1B, MIR1294, and DPEP1. Each is linked with CIP2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIP2A-to-partner and partner-to-CIP2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXO1B grouped by CIP2A-low versus CIP2A-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIP2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIP2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
