Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CINP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,056 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CINP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5MPL, SLIRP, and PPP2R5C. Each is linked with CINP in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CINP-to-partner and partner-to-CINP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CINP versus ATP5MPL in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CINP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CINP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
