Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CILP2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CILP2 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 10 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher CILP2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CILP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LSCC and PDAC are the cancer types where CILP2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
