CILP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CILP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,066 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CILP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MXRA5, OMD, and P3H1. Each is linked with CILP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CILP2-to-partner and partner-to-CILP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CILP2 versus MXRA5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CILP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CILP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
