CILP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CILP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,119 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CILP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMP3, ISM1, and MXRA5. Each is linked with CILP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CILP2-to-partner and partner-to-CILP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CILP2 versus TIMP3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CILP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CILP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
