CILP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CILP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,949 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CILP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHMP7, FBXO7, and ADNP2. Each is linked with CILP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CILP2-to-partner and partner-to-CILP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHMP7 grouped by CILP2-low versus CILP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CILP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CILP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
