CILP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CILP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,281 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CILP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC37A3, THAP9, and SMU1. Each is linked with CILP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CILP2-to-partner and partner-to-CILP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC37A3 grouped by CILP2-low versus CILP2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CILP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CILP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
