CILP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CILP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,106 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CILP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBN1, COL6A1, and PODN. Each is linked with CILP in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CILP-to-partner and partner-to-CILP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CILP versus FBN1 in BLCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CILP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CILP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
