CILP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CILP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,305 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CILP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OMD, PCOLCE, and PDLIM3. Each is linked with CILP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CILP-to-partner and partner-to-CILP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CILP versus OMD in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CILP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CILP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
