CILP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CILP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,496 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CILP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGFB3, GLT8D2, and TSHZ3. Each is linked with CILP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CILP-to-partner and partner-to-CILP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CILP versus TGFB3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CILP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CILP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
