CILP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CILP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,366 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CILP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXD2-AS1, CBX8, and C16orf46. Each is linked with CILP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CILP-to-partner and partner-to-CILP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXD2-AS1 grouped by CILP-low versus CILP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CILP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CILP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
