CILP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CILP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 742 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CILP-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf232, C19orf44, and C22orf23. Each is linked with CILP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CILP-to-partner and partner-to-CILP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf232 grouped by CILP-low versus CILP-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CILP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CILP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
