CIDEC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIDEC RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,366 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIDEC-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPD1, RBP4, and RDH5. Each is linked with CIDEC in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIDEC-to-partner and partner-to-CIDEC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIDEC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIDEC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
