CIDEB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIDEB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,169 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIDEB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of organelle assembly, Regulation of translational initiation in response to stress, and Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgA isotypes. Each is linked with CIDEB in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIDEB-to-partner and partner-to-CIDEB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of organelle assembly grouped by CIDEB-low versus CIDEB-high in SCLC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIDEB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIDEB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
