CIDEB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIDEB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,453 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIDEB-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS2, SLC5A1, and RAB36. Each is linked with CIDEB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIDEB-to-partner and partner-to-CIDEB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CIDEB versus LGALS2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIDEB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIDEB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
