Across TCGA cell cohorts, CIDEB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIDEB-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA4. Each is linked with CIDEB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIDEB-to-partner and partner-to-CIDEB results are reported.
