CIDEA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIDEA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,682 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIDEA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPYSL3, EHD2, and EPB41L3. Each is linked with CIDEA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIDEA-to-partner and partner-to-CIDEA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CIDEA versus DPYSL3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIDEA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIDEA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
