CIDEA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CIDEA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIDEA-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H1, C1QL2, and OR4K2. Each is linked with CIDEA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIDEA-to-partner and partner-to-CIDEA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H1 grouped by CIDEA-low versus CIDEA-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIDEA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIDEA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
