Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CICP14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CICP14 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CICP14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CICP14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA and CESC are the cancer types where CICP14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
