CICP14

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CICP14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CICP14-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-382P, MIR5582, and MIR486-1. Each is linked with CICP14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CICP14-to-partner and partner-to-CICP14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-382P grouped by CICP14-low versus CICP14-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CICP14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CICP14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
