CIC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CIC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,039 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIC-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDDC2, LYG1, and SFT2D2. Each is linked with CIC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIC-to-partner and partner-to-CIC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HDDC2 grouped by CIC-low versus CIC-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
