CIBAR2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIBAR2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,102 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIBAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAMK2D, EFTUD2, and UBE2C. Each is linked with CIBAR2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIBAR2-to-partner and partner-to-CIBAR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CIBAR2 versus CAMK2D in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIBAR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIBAR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
