CIBAR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIBAR2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIBAR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, EGFR, and MEK1. Each is linked with CIBAR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIBAR2-to-partner and partner-to-CIBAR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by CIBAR2-low versus CIBAR2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIBAR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIBAR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
