The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher CIBAR1P2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CIBAR1P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
LUAD, READ, and UCEC are the cancer types where CIBAR1P2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
