Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIBAR1P2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CIBAR1P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are S6_pS240_S244, ATM, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with CIBAR1P2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIBAR1P2-to-partner and partner-to-CIBAR1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, S6_pS240_S244 grouped by CIBAR1P2-low versus CIBAR1P2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIBAR1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIBAR1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
