CIB4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIB4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 129 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, BNIP3P2, and RNU6-219P. Each is linked with CIB4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIB4-to-partner and partner-to-CIB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by CIB4-low versus CIB4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
