CIB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,095 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAZ1B, CNOT1, and RCN2. Each is linked with CIB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIB2-to-partner and partner-to-CIB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CIB2 versus BAZ1B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
