CIB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 491 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC25A28, RNU6-784P, and CA15P1. Each is linked with CIB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIB2-to-partner and partner-to-CIB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC25A28 grouped by CIB2-low versus CIB2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
