Across TCGA cell cohorts, CIB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4F15. Each is linked with CIB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIB2-to-partner and partner-to-CIB2 results are reported.
