CIAO2B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIAO2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,838 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIAO2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCIM, AMY2B, and MEF2C. Each is linked with CIAO2B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIAO2B-to-partner and partner-to-CIAO2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CIAO2B versus TCIM in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIAO2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIAO2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
