Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIAO2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIAO2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR378F, RNA5-8SP7, and RNU6-1015P. Each is linked with CIAO2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIAO2B-to-partner and partner-to-CIAO2B results are reported.
