CIAO2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIAO2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,971 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CIAO2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AAGAB, IREB2, and CEP152_S1461. Each is linked with CIAO2A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIAO2A-to-partner and partner-to-CIAO2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CIAO2A versus AAGAB in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIAO2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIAO2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
