Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CIAO2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,190 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CIAO2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRPM2, SYBU, and PINK1. Each is linked with CIAO2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CIAO2A-to-partner and partner-to-CIAO2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CIAO2A versus TRPM2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CIAO2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CIAO2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
