CHTOP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHTOP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,396 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHTOP-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2Q1, NXF1, and FUBP1. Each is linked with CHTOP in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHTOP-to-partner and partner-to-CHTOP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHTOP versus UBE2Q1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHTOP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHTOP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
